    I have email support about the products I have paid for, the website is not right and missing things... I need help or will have to ask for full refund today!

    I purchased a product yesterday morning.  I never received access information via email.  I emailed support and was told that they cannot find the product associated with my email and asked me to send them the email associated with my account.  I resent them the email address that I previously sent, specifying that it was listed as the "deliver address" at the time of ordering, I also sent the PayPal address used to make the order, and a copy of the PayPal receipt for purchase.  I never heard back from anyone, I emailed and submitted a support ticket again today (and included the reference id from the first ticket) and still nothing... I have no access to the product and the "24 hour - 7 Days a week" customer service is a no show".

    NOT A SCAM they got me all fixed up and I am working the business making money now!! It's growing pains for them... seem to be great people.. LOVE it... so far

    Additional training, corrections and spokepersons have been promised.  We were supposed to see updates on Dec 4th, then the 7th.  Instead, all we have gotten is an invite to great training for the two products you're selling.  B what it really was, well, yet another pitch for an expensive product/service. Todd Gross gave an intro & outro, you played straight man - nothing else.

    Matt, if this service/product is so great, why do you need to tout other products?  Makes one wonder, doesn't it?

    I have always had a firm rule in my several businesses:  NEVER promise something you don't plan on delivering on time.  Anyone else agree with that little maxim?  

    And if your launch is as big as implied, then go get more support people!!!  It ain't that hard for something like this.  You told us how simple it was, remember?
